She always listens to all I have to say and explain to her, but her bedside manner and empathy for her patients wellbeing speaks volumes to me. She calmly listens, takes the time to ask further questions and explains things to you that are easy to understand and then gives you enough time to ask further follow up questions as well and makes you feel comforted.

Dr Pinckney immediately made me feel comfortable. She listened to all of my concerns, gave me feedback on what she felt like the issue was and offered a detailed treatment plan. She answered all of my questions . I was at ease talking to her throughout the whole visit. I have been looking for a gynecologist to set up long term care and I am happy to say that I have found her .

She has been the first to throughly and accurately explain things to me. She made sure I understood and explained things to me not only with the correct medical terminology but also in plain jargon which I appreciated immensely.
