Krista Kozacki, MD

Krista M. Kozacki, M.D. is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients and families throughout the Pee Dee region. She is passionate about building lasting relationships with her patients and believes the best care begins with listening, understanding each person’s goals, and partnering together to support lifelong health.

Dr. Kozacki provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families make informed decisions about their health and empowering them to live healthier lives.

Dr. Kozacki earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University at Buffalo and completed her Family Medicine residency at McLeod Regional Medical Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Canisius College.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kozacki enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, landscaping, baking, and participating in community activities.
