This was my first visit to the walk in clinic. All of the staff were very professional and made me feel at ease. I was diagnosed with the Flu and was prescribed meds and was on my way in a very short time. I highly recommend the Walk-in Clinic at Carolina Pines. I walked in with little wait time. I was seen promptly and prescribed my medication. Total visit took about 35 minutes. Great care and service!

She came into my exam room quickly even though I had just arrived and was told there would be a little wait but she didn't take advantage of using it as a break but seemed to put the patient first. She listened, checked everything and then explained the medications and their purpose. How long it would take. First thing I did when I got home was to tell my husband what a wonderful encounter it was and he said that when the need arose, he would use this service for himself

My primary care Dr is Brian Sponseller. I was referred to Tonnie yesterday by my dentist Bradley Flowers due to inflammation/infection in a problem tooth. He felt that my situation was bad enough that I needed a steroid injection and antibiotic injection and Tonnie got me right in. I'm happy to say that the injections did its job. Swelling went down tremendously by bedtime. I can't say thank you enough to her for seeing me. please share my feedback with her!!!

She came in and introduced herself. Sat down and asked about me. I was getting refills until I am able to see Dr Mendez. She asked if I was having any problems with the medication I was taking. Even though the Walk in Clinic was extremely busy, Tonnie didn't rush and put me at ease from the time she entered my exam room.

Mrs. Spivey is an awesome FNP. On both occasions she was on point and got me in and out. She has the best bedside manners.

I have seen 8 different PAs in the past year at other healthcare providers. Tonnie is the first one to touch me, and palpitate my internal organs She listened to everything I told her about my history and my present problems and made sure I received the necessary tests I needed asap to actually get a diagnosis, i.e. not just treat the symptoms. She may have just saved my life.The contrast between her and other PAs I've seen deserves the highest marks and as bad as we need good doctors, you should consider sending her to medical school. She is smart and methodical and I am so impressed with her and with everyone at CPMG that had to put up with me. Complete awesomeness around every corner. Thank you so much and God bless all of you.

I was very impressed with Tonnie. I wasn't sure the clinic would treat me or take my problem seriously. Quite the contrary - Tonnie listened, was attentive, empathetic, knowledgeable and had the best treatment solution to my problem. She explained exactly how I should care for my problem at home and in the future. She prescribed the medicine I needed to correct my problem and she was very pleasant, professional and attentive!!! I was very pleased and appreciative of the care and treatment I received at the CPRMC walk-in clinic and Tonnie Spivey!!!!
