Dr. Martin answered all my questions and was so kind and caring with our care. We are so appreciative of his care and professionalism and all of his office members on his team. The experience was very professional and personable at the same time. I was very nervous about this first appointment. It started out with Sha so friendly but yet professional. Then Dr Martin just put me at easy. He looks at you when talking and doesn't rush you like you are just a number during his day. I appreciate his kindness and attention to my concerns. Dr. Martin listened attentively to all my concerns, asking probing questions throughout. He referred to my medical history, examined me, confirmed my concerns, and used computer images to further help me understand my situation. To rule out further complications, he scheduled an x-Ray. He explained various options, offered suggestions, and also addressed other general issues, like updating my blood work. I felt that, not only did he address the concern that brought me to the office that day, he was concerned about my general well-being. To summarize: Dr. Martin made going to the doctor a pleasant experience; his manner was comforting; his professionalism was impeccable; his knowledge allowed him to diagnose the problem efficiently and offer multiple options, including a referral to a specialist if/when other options were no longer effective.

Dr. Martin has an excellent bedside manner. He shows great concern at what is going on with me and my health. He even asks about my life in general and what I've been up to. He takes his time and makes sure that I understand and asks if I have any questions. He does any follow-ups that need to be done and makes me feel like he is truly concerned about my health.
